This complete spraying production line integrates multiple core functional modules, including automatic suspension conveying equipment, high-precision powder spraying equipment, and intelligent curing oven equipment, forming a one-stop integrated production process from pre-treatment, powder coating to high-temperature curing. Compared with traditional manual spraying and single-process coating equipment, our integrated spraying line features automated operation, stable processing performance and excellent coating quality. The finished cylinder surface coating boasts outstanding adhesion, compact structure, superior anti-corrosion performance and reliable electrical insulation properties, which can significantly extend the service life of steel gas cylinders and meet international industrial surface treatment standards.

Designed for diversified gas cylinder production, the spraying line supports mainstream cylinder models in the market, covering YSP-5, YSP-10, YSP-15, YSP-50 series LPG cylinders, as well as Φ425×2000mm high-pressure gas cylinders, realizing multi-model compatible production. The whole line adopts frequency conversion speed regulation design, with a conveying speed adjustable from 0.6m/min to 5.0m/min, which can freely switch between low-speed fine spraying and high-speed mass production, perfectly matching different production capacity requirements. For workpiece pre-treatment, the equipment provides two optional processes of spray type and immersion type, and the pre-treatment unit is made of 304 stainless steel, which is anti-rust, anti-corrosion and durable, ensuring thorough removal of surface oil, rust and impurities to lay a solid foundation for high-quality coating adhesion.

In terms of coating technology, the production line adopts mature and stable electrostatic powder coating technology, equipped with automatic spray guns and supporting manual touch-up function. It realizes uniform and fine powder spraying on the cylinder surface, with no dead corners, missing spraying or uneven coating. The supporting curing oven supports multiple heating methods including gas, electric and diesel heating, and adopts a hot air circulation design to ensure uniform temperature inside the oven. The curing temperature is stably controlled between 180°C and 240°C, with a scientific curing time of 15 to 25 minutes, which ensures complete powder film curing, firm coating adhesion and smooth and beautiful surface texture.
To reduce production costs and improve material utilization, the equipment is equipped with an efficient powder recovery system, supporting cyclone separator and cartridge filter dual recovery modes, with a powder recovery rate of more than 95%. It greatly reduces powder waste, lowers production consumption, and meets industrial environmental protection and cost-saving production requirements. The core conveying system adopts XT-100 and XT-250 overhead chains, with a single-point load capacity up to 250kg, featuring strong bearing capacity, stable operation, low wear and long service life, suitable for long-term continuous heavy-duty production.

In terms of intelligent control, the entire spraying production line adopts mature PLC + touch screen integrated control system. The operation interface is intuitive and simple, supporting one-key start, parameter preset, real-time operation monitoring and equipment fault self-detection. The whole production process is highly automated, which effectively reduces manual operation errors and labor costs. Matched with a standard 380V/50Hz power supply and 0.4–0.6MPa compressed air supply system, the equipment operates stably with low failure rate.
