Our gas cylinder powder coating line reaches an output of 1,000 units per hour and reduces labor input by 70%. The frequency-controlled conveying speed ranges from 0.6 to 5.0 m/min, supporting continuous mass production of YSP series LPG cylinders and large high-pressure gas cylinders, greatly boosting overall factory throughput.

Superior uniform coating quality

Equipped with automatic electrostatic spray guns plus manual touch-up stations, the line delivers even coating without sagging or blind spots. Complete degreasing, derusting and phosphating pre-treatment made of 304 stainless steel maximizes coating adhesion. With 180–240°C hot air circulation curing, finished coatings are dense, wear-resistant, anti-corrosive and electrically insulated.

Cost-saving powder recycling system

We adopt cyclone separators and cartridge filters for powder recovery, achieving a recycling rate above 95%. All overspray powder can be reused, drastically cutting raw material waste and long-term production costs.

Flexible multi-heating curing solutions

The curing oven supports natural gas, LPG, electric power and diesel heating options to match customers’ local energy conditions. Curing temperature (180–240°C) and time (15–25 mins) are fully adjustable to fit different powder formulas and cylinder sizes.

Durable heavy-duty conveying system

The overhead XT-100/XT-250 suspension conveyor chain bears a single-point load up to 250kg, stable and sturdy for long-term uninterrupted operation. Both spray and immersion pre-treatment modes are optional to meet different workpiece cleanliness standards.

Intelligent & user-friendly control

Full PLC + touchscreen centralized control realizes parameter storage, real-time monitoring and full production data traceability. The system works under standard AC 380V/50Hz power supply with stable 0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air matching.
